FORTH Hotel and Club in Atlanta is seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. Create and present pastries, desserts, and confections in a fast-paced setting, collaborating with our pastry chefs to push creativity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years pastry experience.
• College degree or certification in culinary/hospitality preferred.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, baking and presentation of pastries, cakes and confections.
• Collaborate with Pastry Chefs to learn techniques and elevate offerings.
• Contribute to the creative dessert program in a fast-paced environment.
