Job summary

The Don CeSar in St. Pete Beach, FL invites talented pastry enthusiasts to join our renowned resort as a Pastry Cook. You will assist in the preparation, baking, and presentation of a wide variety of pastries, cakes, and confections, contributing to an elevated dessert program.

Work alongside our Pastry Chefs, learn new techniques, experiment with flavors, and help elevate dessert offerings for guests. Candidates should have at least 2 years pastry experience; degree or certification preferred;

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years pastry experience.
• College degree or certification in culinary/hospitality preferred.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates.
• Read, write and speak and understand English.
• Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them.
