Job description

Cosme, located in Flatiron NYC, is currently seeking experienced Pastry Cooks to join their team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for preparing all food items according to standardized recipes
• Cooking, plating, garnishing, and expediting food
• Maintaining communication with front of house staff to ensure timely service to guests
• Ensuring proper food storage and sanitation standards to guarantee guest safety

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant
• Strong work ethic with a keen sense of urgency
• Impeccable service standards and attention to detail
• Spanish speaking skills are a plus
• Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment, including nights and weekends

Compensation: Hourly $19.00 - $20.00
