ALBERT HOTEL is hiring for a PASTRY COOK
Albert Hotel is located on a three-acre site from 242 to 248 East Main Street, Fredericksburg, TX. The hotel is tucked away from Main Street behind historic buildings, offering a peaceful escape with quiet sophistication just off bustling Main Street. It features 110 guest rooms, including bunkrooms, suites, and a private house, each with tailored amenities, custom-designed furniture, and thoughtful extras. The property boasts three restaurants, one bar, a private dining room, and in-room dining. Guests can enjoy an outdoor lagoon-style pool, a fitness center, and a 2,000 sq. foot full-service spa. The hotel is ideal for events, with a 3,600 sq. ft. event space, a 1,200 sq. ft. mezzanine deck, and an event lawn.
