We are seeking skilled and motivated Pastry Cooks to craft exceptional desserts that complement our bold, ingredient-driven menu. This role is perfect for individuals eager to refine their techniques and expand their expertise in a professional, high-energy kitchen.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1+ years of pastry experience in high-volume, quality-driven kitchens
  • A passion for classic and contemporary pastry techniques with a focus on refinement and precision
  • Experience working with a variety of pastry elements, including bread, ice cream, cakes, and plated desserts
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in presentation and execution
  • The ability to multitask while maintaining consistency and quality standards
