etch restaurants, led by Chef Deb Paquette, are hiring Full-Time Pastry Cooks to join our family of restaurants. Opportunities are available at our Downtown and Franklin locations. Candidates must have at least two years of recent pastry cook or bakery experience and the ability to perform complex recipes in a fast-paced environment. What we are looking for

We seek someone who can bring a positive attitude to the back of house team, ensure pastry operations run smoothly, uphold food safety and sanitation standards, and maintain clean and organized workspaces. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Prepare pastry/bread items according to recipes with accuracy and consistency
  • Previous bakery/pastry cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Comfortable standing for long periods
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and follow directions
  • etch Franklin: availability between 6am-4pm Tuesday-Sunday (times vary)
  • etch Downtown: availability between 6am-4pm Monday-Saturday (times vary)
