Job summary

Harper Associates Llc is seeking a reliable Pastry Cook to join a growing artisan bakery in Michigan. This role involves morning production of croissants, viennoiserie, desserts, and more, with hands-on training provided.

Five shifts per week, with primary shifts 4:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. or 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., weekends/holidays required. Compensation is $17–$18 per hour plus weekly cash tips based on experience.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in artisan baking and pastry production.
• Able to follow recipes and production schedules.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pastry Cook

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Pastry Cook to join a growing retail and wholesale artisan bakery. The bakery produces naturally leavened hearth breads, pan breads, rolls, viennoiserie, cookies, quiche, muffins, desserts, and more.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about baking, enjoys working with a close-knit team, and wants to continue developing their skills. Previous bakery or pastry experience is preferred, but hands-on training will be provided to the right candidate.

Schedule & Compensation

• Five shifts per week
