Responsibilities

• Production, ordering, merchandising to achieve goals on sales and profits.
• Assist with menu planning and development of AJ's exclusive pastries and expand offerings.
• Ensure compliance with health department and weights and measures requirements.
• Maintain open communication with kitchen and department manager.
• Collaborate on catering menus to ensure profitability and AJ's quality standards.
• Maintain a high degree of cleanliness in preparation areas.
• Operate cash register and handle all forms of tender per policy.
