• Assist with stocking, production, and merchandising for AJ's exclusive pastries.
• Maintain a high degree of cleanliness in preparation areas.
• Must correctly operate a cash register and handle cash per policy.

Responsibilities

• Production, ordering, and merchandising to meet sales and profit goals.
• Assist with menu planning and development for new pastries and trends.
• Ensure compliance with health department and weights/measures requirements.
• Coordinate with Catering Director and Executive Chef on catering menus.
• Maintain communication with kitchen staff and department manager.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
