Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global is recruiting for Pastry Chefs to join our exciting new restaurant, Lucky Cat Steak - Miami. Lucky Cat Steak is an Asian-inspired steakhouse in South of Fifth, Miami, blending a world-class steak program with bold Japanese and Korean influences.

We’re seeking pastry professionals who are passionate about desserts and delivering exceptional quality in a luxury dining setting.

Qualifications

• Previous Pastry Chef or Pastry Line Cook experience in premium fine dining.
• Passion for pastry, baking and creative desserts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present desserts and sweet creations to the highest standards.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across pastry offerings.
• Support daily mise en place and service preparation.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Work with the wider kitchen team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Assist with stock control, ordering and reducing waste.

Lucky Cat Steak is an Asian-inspired steakhouse located South of Fifth, Miami, combining a world-class steak program with bold Japanese and Korean influences, open-flame cooking, and an elevated dining experience.

The menu draws on the DNA of the original Lucky Cat in London's Mayfair while taking on a distinctly Miami identity, featuring premium steaks, innovative flavours, and exceptional hospitality in a high-energy setting.

We're looking for talented pastry professionals who are passionate about creating exceptional desserts and delivering outstanding quality in a luxury restaurant environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare and present desserts and other sweet creations to the highest standards.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all pastry offerings.
• Support daily mise en place and service preparation.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are always maintained.
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Pastry Chef or Pastry Line Cook role within a premium, fine dining restaurant environment.
• Passion for pastry, baking, and creative dessert production.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• A positive attitude and desire to learn and develop.
