As a Pastry Chef, you will craft desserts to the highest standards, maintain consistent quality and presentation, and collaborate with a busy kitchen to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Pastry Chef or Pastry Line Cook role within a premium, fine dining restaurant environment.
• Passion for pastry, baking, and creative dessert production.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• A positive attitude and desire to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present desserts and other sweet creations to the highest standards.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all pastry offerings.
• Support daily mise en place and service preparation.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are always maintained.
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.
