Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen or bakery is preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and food.
• Bread and pastry preparation experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items, following recipes and procedures within a specified time.
• Read prep list and prep items as assigned.
• Measure and assemble ingredients to follow recipes accurately.
• Clean, organize, stock and maintain work area, including walk-in refrigerator and prep areas.
