The opportunity

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a full-time Pastry Attendant to join our team at Space 220 in Orlando, Florida. As a Pastry Attendant, you will prepare bakery products at Space 220 and ensure all items are served in a timely manner, maintaining the highest standards of freshness and quality.

Pay

$16.00 - $18.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards
• Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked; utilize kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, pots, steamers, and ovens
• Ensure proper baking temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines

More about you

• No experience or diploma required
• Basic math skills with the ability to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to work as a team player, following procedures and taking directions
• Capacity to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to remain standing for the entire shift while also walking, bending, reaching, and performing other repetitive motions
