The opportunity

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a full-time Pastry Attendant to join our team at Space 220 in Orlando, Florida. As a Pastry Attendant, you will prepare bakery products at Space 220 and ensure all items are served promptly with the highest freshness and quality.

Pay

$16.00 - $18.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards
• Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and stocked; utilize kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, pots, steamers, and ovens
• Ensure proper baking temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to guidelines

• No experience or diploma required
• Basic math skills to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Team player, able to follow procedures and take directions
• Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Remain standing for entire shift; capable of walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive motions

Shift details

Day and evening shifts, including holidays and weekends. 8-hour shifts.
