The Manor Academy, part of The Two Counties Trust, is seeking a Pastoral Support Officer to assist the Head of Year with pastoral matters, safeguarding, attendance and parental engagement. You will mentor students and help remove barriers to learning to enable them to reach their potential.

Experience working with young people, including those with challenging behaviour, is essential. The role offers term-time hours and a strong focus on professional growth within a supportive Trust environment.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring or coaching young people.
• Experience with challenging behaviour.
• Courage to challenge students and remove barriers to learning.

Responsabilités

• Support designated Head of Year in pastoral matters and behaviour management.
• Assist Attendance Officers with attendance issues within the year group.
• Support safeguarding and parental engagement activities.
