Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; related certification preferred.
• 3 years pasteurizing or similar experience preferred.
• 2 years manufacturing facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Batch and pasteurize in the production of finished dairy goods.
• Monitor the dairy production process and follow SOPs; report deficiencies.
• Follow HACCP plan for start-up and in-process monitoring.
• Operate homogenizing and pasteurizing equipment and troubleshoot.
• Maintain sanitation and CIP/SIP; keep area clean.
• Document verification and maintain area paperwork.
