Pizzeria Mimosa is seeking an experienced Pasta Maker to join our culinary team. You will produce housemade pastas, including dough prep, rolling and shaping, and filled pastas, while maintaining consistency and quality throughout service.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience making fresh pasta from scratch.
• Experience with filled pasta such as ravioli and tortellini and extruded pasta.
• Knowledge of different pasta doughs, shapes, and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and independently.
• Pride in working with quality ingredients.
• Professional kitchen experience and a strong work ethic.
• Genuine enjoyment of handmade pasta craft.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience making fresh pasta from scratch — someone who understands the craft, texture, technique, and care that go into exceptional handmade pasta.

The Role

You will be responsible for producing our housemade pastas, including preparing fresh pasta dough, rolling and shaping pasta, making filled pastas, and maintaining consistency and quality throughout service.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in traditional pasta-making techniques while also enjoying the creativity of a restaurant kitchen.
