Job summary

Eataly in West Palm Beach is hiring a Pasta Maker to create fresh pasta daily for the market and restaurant service. You will educate guests about different pastas and provide friendly customer service, reporting to the Fresh Pasta Lead.

Responsibilities include measuring and packaging pasta, following Eataly’s recipes, maintaining a clean workstation, and rotating stock by FIFO. On-site role with weekend availability; physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or culinary degree preferred.
• 1+ year of experience as a cook or chef preferred.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine preferred.

• Ensures all items are rotated according to First In First Out (FIFO) standards

Job Description

A Pasta Maker creates fresh batches of pasta daily to be sold in the market and served in restaurants at an Eataly location. A Pasta Maker is also involved with educating guests on Eataly’s various pastas and providing customer service. Reports to the Fresh Pasta Lead.
