Job summary

One Off Hospitality Group is seeking a Line Cook - Pasta to join our Chicago team. You will ensure all pasta dishes are cooked, plated, and taste to One Off standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

Experience with dough and pasta is required, with attention to detail and strong work ethic. The role reports to the Chef de Cuisine and requires a professional demeanor, ability to work at multiple stations, and flexibility to cover shifts as business dictates.

Qualifications

• Culinary school graduate or equivalent experience.
• Food Handler Certification required.
• Ability to handle stress under pressure.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Experience cooking pasta is required.

Responsibilities

• Keeps a cheerful, courteous disposition and a neat, professional image.
• Set up and work multiple stations at an acceptable level with minimal assistance.
• Perform prep tasks as directed by CDC and managers.
• Complete mise en place or prep list in a timely fashion.
• Set up station for all scheduled services and assist at private events.
