Job summary

SWBC is seeking a Payment Reminder Services Rep to communicate with borrowers and negotiate past due payments onsite in San Antonio, TX. The role emphasizes courteous, compliant handling of accounts and accurate data entry while supporting SWBC’s commitment to excellent customer service.

The position requires strong communication skills, basic computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Onsite work, competitive pay, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Call center experience preferred; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls to collect past due payments and arrange payment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of conversations in collection systems and update borrower information.
• Process electronic payments using ECM/Portal and verify payment activity.
• Investigate issues or complaints and route complex cases to appropriate resources.
