Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid chauffeur license in the State of Michigan (as per minimum qualifications).

Responsibilities

• Transports passenger door-to-door/curb-to-curb according to routes, schedules, and local policies; complies with local regulations.
• Interacts with passengers and adjusts vehicle heating, lighting, and ventilation for comfort; maintains positive public relations.
• Ensure passengers are properly secured and assist with entries/exits; follow ADA guidelines/regulations as necessary.
• Completes pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Complies with all safety policies and procedures and reports safety events or mechanical concerns.
• Collects and records cash and ticket fares with accuracy.
