Qualifications

• Familiar with Federal Air Regulations relevant to passenger ground handling operations.
• 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in airline or hospitality.
• Compliance with WFS site security plan and reporting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and recurrent training for passenger service and ground handling operations.
• Ensure compliance with WFS policies and TSA, FAA, DOT, and other regulations.
• Maintain and audit training records; update local training manuals and SOPs.
• Train staff on new procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits, documentation review, and passenger processing compliance.
• Perform training-related admin tasks and data entry.
• Assist in station operations as needed.
• Communicate effectively with staff and management; work independently.
