Huntleigh USA Corporation at St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) is seeking dedicated Passenger Services Agents to provide wheelchair assistance and mobility support to airline passengers.

The role requires assisting passengers throughout the airport, ensuring safe, professional, and positive travel experiences in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include transporting passengers, offering directions, and delivering exceptional customer service while coordinating with dispatchers

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass drug and alcohol screening and participate in testing as applicable.
• Must obtain airport security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport passengers to and from gates, baggage claim areas, security checkpoints, and other airport locations.
• Provide special assistance, directions, and general airport information to passengers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive, professional attitude.
• Coordinate wheelchair assistance requests and passenger assignments with dispatchers and colleagues.
• Comply with TSA screening and security procedures; complete service logs and documentation.
