You will assist airline passengers needing mobility support, escorting them through the terminal and ensuring a safe, positive travel experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to pass all required background checks and obtain airport security clearance.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers requiring wheelchair services throughout the airport terminal.
• Escort passengers to and from gates, ticket counters, baggage claim areas, and other locations.
• Provide assistance during arrivals, departures, and flight connections.
• Safely transport passengers using wheelchairs and mobility equipment.
• Communicate effectively with airline personnel, airport staff, and passengers.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
• Adhere to airport security procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Handle passenger inquiries courteously and direct travelers to resources.
• Report operational or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Attend required training sessions and meetings.
