• Plans and directs customer service and ramp operations for flights and charters.
• Directs and trains Agents; maintains training records.
• Ensures compliance with FAA/TSA regulations and airline rules.
• Coordinates with airline personnel and TSA representatives.
• Maintains emergency checklists and prepares reports on activities.
• Updates MUFIDS and communicates flight-related information.
• Handles billing, payments, supplies and related duties.
