Job summary

Premier International Airline at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is seeking a Ground Service Agent (Passenger Service) with a hospitality focus to ensure a seamless passenger experience. Prior airline experience is preferred, but strong hospitality backgrounds are welcome for building a career in aviation.

The role covers check-in, boarding, arrival and connection support, irregular operations, and coordination of daily terminal activities.

Qualifications

• Must have valid work authorization in the U.S.
• Experience in airline ground services, travel agency, or hospitality preferred
• Fluency in English required; Japanese a plus
• Strong hospitality mindset and excellent communication
• Willingness to travel for training and assignments

Responsibilities

• Perform check-in procedures and issue boarding passes
• Assist with boarding, gate management, and timely departures
• Greet arriving passengers and assist with connections and transit needs
• Provide support during delays, cancellations, or re-bookings
• Coordinate with team for smooth daily terminal operations
