Menzies Aviation in Dallas seeks a PAX Trainer to educate Passenger Service Agents on policies, procedures and safety standards to support airline operations.

The role requires developing teaching outlines, coordinating on-the-job training, tracking progress, and conducting weekly safety audits while ensuring compliance with company policies and aviation regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years Passenger Service Agent experience.
• Must pass pre-employment medical and drug test; ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating & maintenance instructions & procedure manual.
• Ability to write routing reports and correspondence.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse group of employees.
• Additional duties as assigned.
