Tampa International Airport is looking for a Passenger Service Agent to provide exceptional service to airline passengers during their travel experience. Responsibilities include assisting with ticketing, check-in, baggage processing, and ensuring compliance with airline regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and some experience in customer service or hospitality. A flexible schedule is necessary, including weekends and holidays, and candidates must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
The Passenger Service Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to airline passengers throughout their travel experience. This role assists with ticketing, check‑in, baggage processing, boarding procedures, and passenger inquiries while ensuring compliance with airline, airport, and regulatory requirements.
You will have a responsibility and duty while at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures.
