Menzies Aviation is seeking a Customer Service Agent in Portland, Maine, responsible for checking in passengers at the ticket counter and gates, assigning seats, and assisting passengers with issues. You will ensure that documentation is verified and that passengers receive accurate boarding passes.
The role requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work in various weather conditions. Ideal candidates will be at least 18 years old and possess a valid Driver’s License.
The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for checking in passengers for flights at the ticket counter and gates, verifying passenger documentation, assigning seats, providing gate information, checking baggage, and assisting passengers with their issues in the airport. This individual must adhere to Menzies Aviation uniform guidelines and codes of conduct.
