Job summary

Menzies Aviation LATAM in the United States is seeking a Passenger Services Agent to assist passengers and their property to arrive safely at their destinations. You will handle check-in, designate seats, verify travel documents, and ensure boarding passes are issued for each flight.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, 18+ years of age, English proficiency, and the ability to work varied shifts in all weather conditions, indoors and outdoors.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must meet all requirements to obtain an airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable).
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
• Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Work is performed indoors and outdoors; comfortable in all weather.
• Able to lift, push and pull up to 70 lbs.

Role Purpose
