Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Able to lift items up to 50lbs and handle baggage equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and service passengers at the ticket counter or station floor.
• Assist passengers with special needs and luggage.
• Prepare ticket reports and safeguard company funds.
• Maintain ticket printers and Quik-Trak machines.
• Disseminate schedules, fares, and travel information.
• Ensure timely boarding and proper travel documents.
