Amtrak is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to deliver superior customer service from the ticket counter, station floor, or platform. You will greet passengers, assist with luggage, and ensure a smooth travel experience.

The hourly range is $29.29 – $40.42 (with opportunity for increases, as per the applicable collective bargaining agreement, after beginning employment).
