Job summary

Accenture is seeking an ambitious Manufacturing Systems (MES) Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of Körber PAS-X MES in a highly automated Life Sciences setting. You will implement MES solutions, configure EBRs, and ensure GxP compliant validation while collaborating with business stakeholders.

You will travel as needed (0–100%), maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to proposal responses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Körber PAS-X MES in a highly automated Life Sciences environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if associate degree, 6+ years of work experience as alternative
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to lead meetings and drive actions

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, documentation, and implementation of Körber PAS-X MES.
• Design, author, develop, and configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR).
• Implement MES solutions and integrate with ERP and control equipment.
• Document MES configuration and validation of EBRs; ensure GxP compliance.
• Manage client relationships and respond to proposals; liaison with business users.
