Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking an ambitious Manufacturing Systems (MES) Manager to lead Körber PAS-X MES design, deployment, and validation for life sciences clients. You will collaborate with business leaders and users to translate needs into value-driven MES solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong client relationships.

Travel may be required (0–100%), and you will work near Accenture corporate offices nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Körber PAS-X MES in a highly automated Life Sciences manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
• Knowledge of FDA and GMP guidelines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and follow up with resulting action items.
• Understanding of Life Sciences validation processes.
• Understanding of SDLC and support methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the design, development, documentation, and implementation of Körber PAS-X Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Design/Author/Develop/Configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR)
• Implement MES solutions and integrate with ERP and control equipment
• Documentation of MES configuration and validation of EBRs
• Work closely with business management and users to strategically define the needs and design solutions that add value
• Document and analyze the information needs of the business and ensure appropriate solutions are delivered according to GxP standards
• Respond to requests for client proposals
• Manage and develop client relationships
