Job summary

Accenture seeks an ambitious Manufacturing Systems (MES) Manager to lead PAS-X MES design, integration with ERP, and EBR validation in a highly automated Life Sciences setting. You will translate user needs into MES solutions delivering value and maintain strong client relationships.

Travel may be required, with roles positioned near Accenture Corporate Offices in the US. Role involves cross-functional collaboration, SDLC awareness, and ensuring FDA/GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Körber PAS-X MES experience in automated Life Sciences manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; if associate degree, must have a minimum of 6 years' work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, documentation, and implementation of Körber PAS-X MES.
• Design/Author/Develop/Configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR).
• Implement MES solutions and integrate with ERP and control equipment.
• Documentation of MES configuration and validation of EBRs.
• Work closely with business management and users to define needs and design value-added solutions.
• Document and analyze information needs of the business per GxP standards.
• Respond to requests for client proposals and manage client relationships.
