Job summary

Altitude Trampoline Park is seeking a Party Host to welcome guests and craft memorable birthday experiences. You will ensure outstanding service, energetic engagement, and meticulous attention to detail in a high-energy environment.

As a Party Host, you will schedule and coordinate birthday parties, manage bookings, operate the POS system, and assist front desk staff while upholding our SMILES philosophy and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, enthusiastic "Altitude attitude" and work ethic.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Altitude Trampoline Park with professionalism, positivity, and enthusiasm.
• Facilitate creative and entertaining birthday parties.
• Schedule, coordinate, and manage party requests and bookings.
• Create a fun, energetic, and engaging atmosphere for all guests.
• Organize and implement all birthday activities.
• Maintain cleanliness in work and party areas before, during, and after events.
• Oversee or assist with post-party cleanup.
• Ensure a positive guest experience by following our SMILES philosophy.
• Complete all party sheets accurately and on time.
• Support front desk staff with birthday-related questions and concerns.
• Operate the POS system for deposits and party transactions.
• Collaborate with the management team to support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Follow all safety and incident reporting guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
