Job summary

Altitude Trampoline Parks is seeking a Party Host Manager to coordinate birthday party events, manage staff, and ensure an energetic, guest-focused experience. This role reports to the General Manager and requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities include scheduling parties, managing reservations, operating the POS for party transactions, and collaborating with leadership on sales and marketing initiatives. Availability on weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in party planning or booking events.
• Degree in management is a plus.
• Family Entertainment or amusement park background is a plus.
• Workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Must be very organized, detailed oriented, and a strong communicator.
• Professional, "Altitude" attitude and work ethic.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast- paced environment.

• Source, order, and maintain inventory of party supplies.
• Maintain open communications with management of scheduled events.
• Develop and implement post-party follow up and referral process.
• Assist and support front desk staff on all birthday related questions/concerns.
• Operate POS system including deposits and party transactions.
• Support sales and marketing plans in collaboration with leadership team.
• Follow safety and incident reporting guidelines.
• Provide or perform other services or duties as required by management

The Party Host Manager organizes all aspects of birthday parties including contacting interested individuals, building reservations on POS and scheduling staff. This individual reports to the General Manager.
