Job summary

Altitude Trampoline Park is hiring a Party Host to welcome guests and create memorable birthday experiences across our park facilities. You will manage party requests, coordinate activities, and ensure a fun, engaging environment for all attendees, while upholding Altitude’s SMILES philosophy and safety standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling parties, keeping a clean work area, assisting at the front desk, and handling POS transactions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• "Altitude" attitude and work ethic.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer skills required.

• Represent Altitude Trampoline Park with a professional attitude.
• Facilitate creative and entertaining birthday parties.
• Schedule, coordinate and manage birthday party requests.
• Create a fun and enthusiastic environment for all guests.
• Organize and implement birthday activities.
• Maintaining a clean work environment.
• Oversee and provide cleanup following parties.
• Maintain positive guest experience using our SMILES philosophy.
• Ensure party sheets are completed accurately and on time.
• Assist and support front desk staff on birthday questions.
• Operate POS system including deposits and party transactions.
• Support sales and marketing plans with management.
• Follow safety and incident reporting guidelines.
• Provide or perform other duties as required by management.

Party Host are responsible for welcoming and creating the party experience for guests. These individuals have the ability to influence the overall party experience by their interactions that include providing accommodations and offering upgrade recommendations. Party Host may be the final point of contact and have the ability to ensure guest satisfaction. Party Hosts report directly to the managers of Altitude Trampoline Park.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining a clean work environment
• Oversee/provide clean up following parties
• Maintain positive guest experience by using our SMILES philosophy
• Ensure that party sheets are completed both accurately and on time
• Assists and supports front desk staff on all birthday related questions/concerns
• Operates Point of Sale (POS) system including deposits and party transactions
• Support sales and marketing plans in collaboration with management team
• Follow safety and incident reporting guidelines
• Provides or performs other services or duties as required by management

Salary: $17.40 per hour
