Job summary

The Bay Club Company is seeking a Party Host to provide enthusiastic service for our party customers in Issaquah, WA. You will greet families, guide children through activities, and ensure a memorable experience for guests while coordinating with parents.

Responsibilities include setting up and cleaning party areas, explaining rules, serving food and beverages, and staying on schedule. Weekend availability and a Food Handler's Permit are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Party Hosts must be enthusiastic, friendly, organized, reliable, patient.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly.
  • Must be able to work weekends.
  • Food Handler's Permit required.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and cleanup of party areas.
  • Greet parties and assist customers with waiver completion.

  • Accompany children during pre-arranged activities.
  • Serve food, beverages, and cake.
  • Manage party gifts and belongings to ensure they remain with guests.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

A Party Host sets the tone for a memorable celebration by leading fun activities for the children while the parents sit back and enjoy the party. You will greet families, serve food and beverages, and guide children through scheduled activities , providing an exceptional experience to guests .

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS

SKILL S & KNOWLEDGE

  • Ora l Comprehension and Expression — Ability to understand and communicate so others can understand ideas and information.
  • Computer – Ability to develop and maintain computer records in Word, Excel and other software required by TBCC and regulatory agencies .

EXPERIENCE

  • Party Hosts are team players who are enthusiastic, friendly, organized, reliable, patient, and are willing to go the extra mile for our customers
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • Must be able to communicate clearly
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Food Handler's Permit required
