Job summary

The Bay Club Company is seeking a Party Coordinator to plan and execute birthday parties and events, ensuring each participant has an exceptional experience. Responsibilities include staffing, administrative tasks, and coordinating with managers to meet revenue goals.

Qualified candidates will have strong customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and CPR certification. Weekend availability and ability to work evenings are expected in this role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in customer service, childcare, events or programs
  • Professional, friendly manner and excellent customer service attitude and abilities
  • Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player
  • Self-motivated, takes initiative and willing to acquire new skills
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • CPR certification required

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement Arena Sports parties and events
  • Hire and train Party Hosts to create a dynamic team that operates within the Actions We Live By
  • Continuously develop Party Hosts to achieve individual and company goals
  • Complete timely performance reviews for Party Hosts
  • Discipline and terminate Party Hosts as needed per company policy
  • Manage Party Host schedule and payroll tasks
  • Communicate program information to staff including new policies and procedures
  • Understand, manage, and support the use of Dash/facility software
  • Review program revenue and financial reports with General Manager
  • Establish program and revenue goals
  • Evaluate and manage equipment costs and needs to help plan future expenses
  • Coordinate weekly manager schedule to ensure program coverage
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the party industry and current trends
  • Ensure customers receive exceptional service from a friendly staff in a clean and well-maintained facility
  • Ensure all customers leave with a positive experience
  • Address any customer requests or concerns

Under the direction of the General Manager, the Party Coordinator is responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of birthday parties and events to ensure participants have the best party/event experience in the industry . Development, growth, and organization of all areas of Parties and Events are expected of this position.

Party Management
  • Plan and implement Arena Sports parties and events

  • Required to work on Saturdays and Sundays, hours will vary
