Augustyniak Insurance Group in Mandarin, FL, is seeking an experienced Florida 2-20 Licensed Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The role focuses on commercial renewals, managing a book of business, and handling new small commercial opportunities from start to finish, working with standard and E&S carriers to secure optimal coverage.

This in-office position offers a collaborative, locally owned environment that values relationships and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Active Florida 2-20 General Lines License is required.
• 3–5 years of commercial insurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of Florida commercial carriers.
• E&S markets experience preferred.
• Experience in an independent insurance agency required.
• Strong communication, organization and time management skills.
• Ability to market accounts and review coverages for clients.

Responsabilités

• Manage and retain a commercial lines book of business.
• Review and remarket commercial renewals as needed.
• Handle incoming small commercial new business opportunities from start to finish.
• Work with standard and E&S carriers to find best coverage solutions.
• Prepare proposals and coverage recommendations.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through proactive service and annual reviews.
• Work closely with producers and the service team to ensure a smooth client experience.

Augustyniak Insurance Group is looking for an experienced Florida 2-20 Licensed Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in our Mandarin office.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing a commercial book of business, and handling incoming opportunities. Your primary focus will be commercial renewals while also assisting with small commercial new business that comes into the agency.
