Qualifications

• Active Florida 2-20 General Lines License.
• 3 to 5 years of commercial insurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of Florida commercial insurance carriers.
• Experience with E&S markets.
• Experience in an independent insurance agency required.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to market accounts, review coverages, and provide exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain a commercial lines book of business.
• Review and remarket commercial renewals as needed.
• Handle incoming small commercial new business opportunities from start to finish.
• Work with both standard and E&S carriers to find the best coverage solutions.
• Prepare proposals and coverage recommendations.
• Build long term relationships with clients through proactive service and annual reviews.
• Work closely with producers and the service team to ensure a smooth client experience.
