SPENGA Westlake is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Associate to provide a welcoming environment for members. Responsibilities include selling memberships, maintaining the facility, and promoting the SPENGA culture. Qualifications

• Strong customer service and organizational abilities
• Previous sales experience preferred; preferably high‑end goods or services
• Willingness to learn and adapt to our new fitness philosophy
• Motivation and drive
• Experience and/or certifications in personal training, group training, spin, and yoga are a plus
