Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking a Parts Warehouse worker - Gas Engine Kitting Parts Specialist to join our team in Pennsylvania. The role focuses on stocking, picking, and packing parts, ensuring accurate kitting for work orders and customer requests.

A strong emphasis on safety, paperwork accuracy, and teamwork is essential. Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of customer service in a mechanical/parts setting, and excellent computer skills.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of customer service support experience in a mechanical/parts environment.
• Excellent computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Load/unload parts or components onto racks/shelving
• Perform tasks associated with sorting, picking, and packing material for production use
• Efficiently and accurately kit parts orders per work order, standard instruction, or customer request
• Accurately complete all paperwork and required documentation
• Organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Collaborates with team members in the creation, implementation, and training of standard work procedures
• Follows and utilizes CPS principles of 5S, Continuous Improvement, Waste Elimination, and Standard Work
• Ensure warehouse areas are clean and set in an orderly condition
• Good communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills

Position Summary
