Job summary

Cleveland Brothers is seeking a Parts Warehouse Worker to support our parts team in Pennsylvania. You will pick, pack, and ship parts, operate a forklift, and ensure inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Strong customer service, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to learn new systems are essential. Expect a safety-focused, team-driven workplace with opportunities at 29 locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree in business or technical field preferred.
• Strong customer service experience in mechanical/parts environment.
• Ability to learn multiple computer systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Safely operate a forklift and load/unload parts shipments.
• Pick, pack, and deliver parts to shop areas and will-call.
• Process paperwork and inventory transactions accurately.
• Assist with shipping/receiving and quality checks.
• Communicate effectively with team and customers.

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Parts Warehouse Worker.

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful parts professionals.

Position Summary:

• Maintain a clean safe work environment * Strong customer service skills
• Safely and efficiently operate a forklift * Load and unload parts truck and freight deliveries
• Efficiently and accurately pick, put away and deliver parts orders to designated shop and will call areas
• Basic skills in shipping, receiving, freight in bound and out bound
• Ability to fabricate hoses * Ability to inspect and process cores and warranty accurately and efficiently
• Ability to understand the basic principles of inventory control
• The ability to perform tasks with little or no supervision * Accurately complete all paperwork and required documentation
• Candidate must have effective written and verbal communication skills
• Must have mechanical aptitude
• Intermediate computer, keyboarding, MS Word and Excel
• Ability to learn new software products: Warrtrack, literature/media requests, SIB requests etc.
• Resolve problems and make sound decisions
• Organized and detail oriented with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks
• Work independently & efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Perform additional tasks as directed
• Work regular overtime as required
• Familiarity with product line a plus
• Responsible to maintain professional behavior consistent with the Mission, Vision and values of Cleveland Brothers

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associates degree in a business discipline or Technical school is preferred
• Strong customer service support experience in a mechanical / parts environment, demonstrating ability to quickly learn to use various computer systems is strongly preferred
• An appropriate combination of education, skills and experience will be considered
