Job summary

Sames Auto Group is seeking a Parts Counter person to sell vehicle parts to wholesale and retail customers while supporting the Service department. You will assist with delivery, payments, and parts pickup, ensuring accuracy and courteous service.

The role emphasizes inventory control, stock replenishment, and effective communication with customers and the service team in a fast-paced auto parts environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts stocking or parts department operations.
• Good communication skills in English; Spanish a plus.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient delivery, receipt of payment and pick-up of assigned parts, and maintain accurate records.
• Promote and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Receive and stock parts orders.
• Pull and ship parts orders.
• Maintain the physical inventory.
