Job summary

Sames Motor Company Inc. is seeking a Parts Counter person to sell vehicle parts to wholesale and retail customers and support the Service department parts needs. The role includes efficient delivery, payment processing, and accurate records, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in parts stocking, good vehicle parts knowledge, strong organization, and the ability to communicate in English and Spanish. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year prior experience in Parts stocking.
• Good working knowledge of vehicle parts.
• Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
• Ability to retrieve, load and deliver items up to 125 lbs.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Sell vehicle parts to wholesale and retail customers; support Service department parts needs.
• Provide efficient delivery, receipt of payment and pickup of parts with accurate records.
• Promote and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Receive and stock parts orders; pull and ship parts orders; maintain inventory.
