Job summary

Sames Laredo Chevrolet is seeking a Parts Counter associate to efficiently sell vehicle parts to wholesale and retail customers while expediting Service department needs.

Responsibilities include delivering parts, processing payments, stocking orders, and maintaining accurate records; ensuring customer satisfaction; and managing inventory with attention to detail. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• Experience stocking vehicle parts with familiarity in parts roles.
• Good working knowledge of vehicle parts and inventory concepts.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform accurate numerical calculations and record-keeping.
• Ability to identify and respond to changing customer requirements.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 125 lbs safely.
• Familiarity with CDK Parts Inventory System or similar software.
• Strong customer relations, polite, cooperative, and team oriented.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• English and Spanish skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient delivery, payment receipt, and pickup of parts; keep records.
• Promote and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Receive and stock parts orders.
• Pull and ship parts orders.
• Maintain physical inventory.
