RWC International, a leader in truck and bus service parts, seeks a Parts Warehouse Associate to safeguard inventory and run related admin tasks in Everett. You will stock, process weekly stock orders, and coordinate with warranty and accounting teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control and warehouse stocking duties.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification.
• Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Stocks and posts incoming orders.
• Assists parts manager in processing weekly stock orders.
• Notifies appropriate parties when special order parts arrive.
• Serves as back-up for parts manager for inventory functions.
• Updates electronic parts files.
• Provides necessary information to the warranty department for parts warranties.
• Reviews files to identify unused items and dispose of excess stock.
• Ensures credits are received for returned parts.
• Returns parts and removes from inventory after credit.
• Returns cores in a timely manner and follows up for credit.
• Matches purchase orders and invoices, approves, and forwards to accounting.
• Files company copies of parts counter invoices.
• Assists in preparing for and performing annual parts inventory.
• Assists in annual parts returns.
• Assists Parts Sales Associates with check, insurance, and credit card processing when possible.
• Keeps parts area clean and uncluttered.
• Maintains professional appearance.
