Enerflex Ltd. in Kilgore, TX is seeking an experienced Warehouse Specialist to manage the flow of goods, perform inventory control, and support field operations.

You will enter orders, track shipments, and maintain electronic inventory records with a strong focus on accuracy and customer service. Responsibilities include invoicing, material entry, cycle counting, and coordinating with sales and procurement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years' related work experience.
• Oil and gas industry experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklift.
• Knowledge of Caterpillar engines and Ariel compressors preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides accurate and timely invoicing/billing to customers.
• Enters all required materials and services on all order types.
• Maintains inventory accuracy by issuing materials to all order types promptly.
• Sorts and stores materials according to part-number sequence and marks with ID.
• Fills requisitions and distributes items as needed.
• Uses SAP to enter records and manage inventory and shipments.
• Prepares products for domestic and international shipping with proper packing.
• Resolves variances between on-hand and physical counts using root-cause analysis.
